Mythshifter-Soothsayer 2: Snow Angels & Ice Demons Of The Frozen Purgatory (Full Album; 2022)

The second installment in the Soothsayer Series from my instrumental project Mythshifter. This one is winter themed and stylistically is mostly dungeon synth and winter synth, with periodic forays into post rock, noise rock and folktronica.

The album is loosely themed around season 2 of my radio theater series Samsara Junkyard: Perdition Theater: the upcoming Plaid The Pimp Tailor saga which will take over Season 2 and is dropping later in the year. The saga will follow Plaid as he joins with the Snow Angel Crusaders and others in a supernatural version of Antarctica known as 'The Frozen Purgatory' to defeat his evil Rothsadult controlled war waging Ukranian/Russian twins Thad & Egad and their horde of one-eyed IcyClopes (led by Captain Horace Frankenfed), as well as other enemies.

However, this album also exists independently from that saga as opposed to simply being a soundtrack. Some of the songs were already featured in Season 1 Episode 2 of Samsara Junkyard: 'The Baphomet Billionaires Holiday Hellscape Pt. 2': My Muddy Watery Valentine...'

In any case, none of those complicated associations are needed to enjoy the music. Fans of dungeon synth, winter synth and similar genres will find something to enjoy here :)
